I know this has been discussed at length...but, with the exam rapidly approaching, my study group is very concerned about the conflicting information on vitamin D supplementation for breastfed babies. It seems like even our reliable sources (text books and research articles) disagree. Since this is an international exam, we would appreciate any insight on how to answer questions regarding supplement/not to supplement, if yes/ in what amounts, by increasing mom's diet/or not, or another option we haven't even considered?
Thank you in advance,
