territory is so different, but I can tell you that the northern bees grow 
stronger and have fewer queen problems than the southern bees.

Sorry to point this out, but woodlands have tree pollen.  Tree pollen is so 
much better than the pollen available in most crop areas that this one 
factor just has to outrank any other consideration.
