Hey Y'all,
Time to step forward in support of the SCCSC Fair Booth
display. We need the help of everyone to get the job done and to insure we have
a unified, aggressive effort to project the Council in this community which we
serve!
So, please note the enclosed schedule and sign on for a
block. It is helpful to have two volunteers on at a time. And, should you have
a friend that would be willing to join you for a "tour" of duty, go
for it!
We will be setting up the booth on THIS COMING FRIDAY
morning, 23 July to be ready to go operational at noon!
There are three duty blocks each day: 11:00am / 3:00pm /
6:00pm.
Please call our office (Higgins Group aka Forklift
Training Systems) by calling Shirley Finney at 937-325-7858. She works Tuesday
thru Thursday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. So, please call her today or not later than
Thursday. If she does not answer please leave a message and we will get back to
you pronto!
There will be an opreations folder at the booth with all
of the necessary instructions, phone numbers etc.
We will arrange for YOU to have to get through the gate;
just YOU! Meaning don't bring a gang of folks without the understanding they
will have to be accounted for$$$$$
Again, we need your help. You can / will make a
difference for YOUR Safety Council!
