Another poop question:-)

A fellow LC asked me to post this re: her 2 month old daughter:

"[Baby] had a strange stool the other day. It was a normal yellow stool, however there was a small hard piece, almost like a chunk of sand and it broke apart and was very gritty. It was literally the size of sand. She has had it twice and the only difference in my diet was that near both sand like stools I had doubled up on my Vitamin-C with Bioflavinoids due to feeling like a I was fighting a cold."

Anyone have any ideas what this may be? I tried to look in the archives and the only thought I found was that it might be gel from the disposable diaper.

Thank you!
