For the 11th consecutive year, Ann Arbor-based new music ensemble Brave New Works will present an exciting festival of modern music called "Are You Brave?" The Festival will run from October 5-7, 2007, and will include performances at the Art Gallery of Windsor, Ontario, and the Kerrytown Concert Hall Ann Arbor, MI. Works to be performed include "Short Stories" by Braxton Blake (world premiere), "Indigenous Instruments" by Steve Mackey, "Slide Stride" by Marc-Anthony Turnage, and "Compline" by Christopher Rouse.
