Waldemar wonders if using pollen traps delays or prevents swarming. A properly constructed pollen trap allows drones to exit. While I have seen more than one design that does not allow for drones to exit, I am certain the result is a dying mass of decomposing drones. UGH! That same exit will allow the quees to swarm. I do not believe a properly designed pollen trap will have any effect, good or bad, on swarming. -- Lloyd Spear Owner Ross Rounds, Inc.
