Just out of curiosity, since oxalic treatment seems to be beneficial, if
excessive moisture in winter hives is detrimental to the health of the bees
then why is not harmful to squirt or dribble any kind of a solution into
the hive and onto the bees in the middle of the winter? I was hoping this
would be addressed in Randy Oliver's recent article in ABJ as I haven't
seen addressed elsewhere.
