I believe not.  Upon brood emergence, bees propolise and polish the 
cell inside walls.  Also, a lot of nectar is initially deposited in 
brood cells and as it ripens is moved up into the supers.  If brood 
comb influences the honey taste at all, one should not taste a 
difference.
