I have a mom whose infant is 5 months old. Mom has nausea everytime she
breastfeeds or pumps. Mom reports was really significant up to 6/8 weeks
postpartum then somewhat subsided until 4/5 weeks ago. Infant is gaining
well. Mom reports eating and drinking well. Does report lack of sleep. Mom
has tried to eat right before feeding/pumping with little effect. She
reports she can not even tolerate to see food while she is
feeding/pumping. She is not pregnant and has an IUD inplace since 6 weeks
postpartum. She did have first trimester nausea that subsided. Has anyone
had anyone with similar symptom? Any thoughts on relief? She is desperate.
