She needs to be given the brand name and dosage of what was
administered. Testosterone would normally be produced in a woman's body,
but the injection would of course increase the level. I would ask Dr.
Hale for his opinion on this unusual situation. Since it sounds as
though she was not given specific references and rationale for the six
week abstinence period, I am concerned that they are making up the six
week rule and have no idea one way or the other. I also wonder whether
the use of "they" means that there is no physician overseeing this
situation. I hope her medical team is neither as incompetent nor as
negligent as this brief history suggests they are. 

I would consider consulting an attorney about damages.
