Umpteen years ago, I only had access to two ! books on BF.  They were WABF 
and Nursing your Baby by Pryor.  I remember after reading the section on let 
down in Pryor I began to focus on whether or not I could feel a let down or 
not.  The more I concentrated, the less let downs I felt.  I got myself into 
a real tizzy over this :-(  I finally remembered to sit down with a glass of 
something to drink, do my relaxation breathing and ignore the rest of the 
world for a while.  Voila! My problem was fixed :-)  Maybe her problem is 
similar.
