A physician i work with has asked me a question i could not answer but wondered if someone could help. he has a pt that is currently 28 weeks pregnant. this is her 3rd pregnancy and she has breastfeed her two other children. She has many uterine problems and the plan is to do a TAH and BSO 4 weeks after delivery. He is wondering how much this will decrease her supply and what he can do to let her breastfeed successfully. he is aware that she may need to take some estrogen but wonder if a low dose would be better. please let me know by sending an email. i thank you all in advance. heather harper GN, IBCLC *********************************************** To temporarily stop your subscription: set lactnet nomail To start it again: set lactnet mail (or digest) To unsubscribe: unsubscribe lactnet All commands go to [log in to unmask] The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(R) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
