An easy and cheap way to make a hands-free pumping helper is to take the fabric tube that is used to hold the fetal monitor on during labor and cut 2 small holes in it. The 2 part flanges are perfect for this. Pull the fabric over the breasts, the tube comes out of the hole and hooks-up to the pump. It is a little linty because the top and bottom are not seamed but it works well. Moms have loved it. If the holes get stretched out you just turn it and cut new ones. I just made one for a 4 year old who likes to "pump" with his mom. Very cute.
