Human milk fortifier is used in the hospital but I
don't think it is available for purchase even w/ a rx.
 Neonatologists seem to diffier a little on how long
these little guys need  to be fortified.  However, it
is important for bone mineralization and growth. 
Human milk wasn't designed for such premature infants;
only the placenta was.
