I'm sorry, I missed the beginning of this thread. Are we talking about babies past the newborn period? Is there research that shows infrequent stooling (without other symptoms of disease) is unhealthy in exclusively breastfed babies after two or three months? Is this a "gut" feeling or is there evidence? Remember that there is very little waste in breastmilk.
