Yes, Karleen, you are right. How unfortunate the slant on this article! We here in Indiana did not "decriminalize" breastfeeding, we just protected a mom's right not to be harassed for breastfeeding her child anywhere she has a right to be! This unfortunate wording does not represent the attitude of those passing the law or lobbying for it. Our media didn't present it this way, either, to the best of my knowledge. The breastfeeding community here was quite pleased with both the law and the publicity it garnered.
