Despite the common wisdom, I've not found heroic hygeine measures to be
necessary if mom is adequately treated for yeast.  I do recommend
cleaning everything in hot water, and throwing out all the artificial
nipples, and checking each family member for yeast.

I am not doubting that some yeast is starting to become less sensitive
to diflucan.  When pennicilling just came out, it took just a fraction
of today's doses to be effective.
