In Appendix A in Ruth Lawrence's book (p. 737-9) there is a lengthy
table for the composition of human milk, with columns for "colostrum
1-5 days" and "mature milk >30 days."

Colostrum is listed as having 58 kcal/dl (versus 70 kcal/dl in mature milk).
