I hadn't heard of this until the recent thread. This evening I called at our local baker (who sells my honey) and I asked him about it. He showed me his. Hand-written on a side and a half of A4 it was divided into two columns. On the left was a list of potential problems. On the right was the corresponding avoiding action. He had shown it to the Environmental Health Officer whose only criticism was that Graham had gone into too much detail. People won't remember fine details but they may remember and heed broad principles. He is happy with the system and it only took him a couple of hours to do. He offered to help me do one if required. So its no very big deal.
