IMO, I would consider transient hypoglycemia which you can verify with a
simple finger stick during an episode, or simply have her eat some protein
and carbs 20 minutes before she expects to nurse again.
Even severe hypothyroidism is well controlled with medication and shouldn't
be an issue, as far as I'm aware.
