Hello All, On reading my own question this morning I am not sure I asked the question correctly last night so asking differently. Problem: I need to recover a source of drones from an instrumentally inseminated breeder queens daughters I open mated. Am I thinking correct : All of mated queens I raised from the above II breeder queen will produce drones 100% pure to the source stock because the drones are haploid and no genetic crossing has taken place.
