Some babies have tremors of the tongue and jaw during breastfeeding
(those who have restricted tongues are most likely to do this, from
fatigue from compensatory sucking patterns that are less efficient).
I've never heard of the tremor travelling down the body.  I certainly
would encourage the mother to observe carefully, video tape the episodes
if at all possible, and see a neurologist or epileptologist.
