If she is seeing some improvement with the herbs she will probably also
see an improvement with the domperidone. This should be safe for her and
goat's rue is said to help. Of course if the milk can't get out because
of the augmentation you will both find this out. The book by Diane
West "Breastfeeding after Reduction (BFAR) Defining Your would be a great
help. You can find the website at http://www.bfar.org

And lots of encouragement and the reminder that mothering at breast
doesn't always mean a full supply. Each case is individual. Many
adoptive mothers also breastfeed. Mother could use a supplementer at
breast for all (or most) feedings (with her milk, donor milk or formula as
a supplement) and this could also encourage her supply. Of course, this is
if she wants to do so.

Lots of follow up, and making sure baby is getting enough, diaper counts,
etc. that I am sure you know.

Good luck,

Cheryl Marian
