My best suggestion if a mother seems very concerned is to see the
infants/mom in person, assess the supply, the weights, the latches etc.
I would consider this triad a fairly high risk triad due to (I'm guessing)
preterm birth, low birthweights. Perhaps the milk supply has downregulated
due to less than optimal feeding or infrequent feeding. Mothers usually know
when the baby is not thriving, so I suggest see them quick.
