This issue is a concern here as so many mothers ask "How long must I
breastfeed before baby gets the hindmilk?" Just yesterday a mother told me
she felt bad because she hadn't expressed before a feed - as "The Contented
Baby" book suggested - so that baby could get richer milk (and presumably
sleep longer?)

Most mothers are happy with the usual explanations - but with more and more
mothers following the advice from various books, (shudder!!) I am wondering
how others are dealing with this issue?
