Dear Diane, You mention that you lay down "vertically" and then you lifted your lower breast and set it back down to get the kinks out. That allowed the nipple to present itself adequately for the baby. I'm wondering if this might work well for women who have nipples that point straight ahead, but might now work so well for women whose nipples naturally point toward their elbows? (I have no idea how you are "built", and I'm not trying to pry, but still I have this question...)
