That smells like a rat to me. If it was a true professional survey, like
ILCA occasionally does, it would be explained fully before expecting someone
to participate. Like professional research, there is consent and telling the
participants how their privacy will be protected and how the results will be
shared. I am thinking this *could* possibly be a formula marketing tactic or
another type of marketing and maybe trying to obtain some testimonials. I
would not participate. Fortunately, I don't need $10 that bad.
