Recent aol news had an article on plastic baby bottles being a risk for Bispenol A exposure. Some scientists are very concerned because it causes meiotic aneuploidy (chromosome damage) in mice at low exposures. If anyone interested in the studies see: http://www.ourstolenfuture.org/NewScience/oncompounds/bisphenola/2003/2003-040 1huntetal.htm This kind of plastic has also been used in food containers (infant formula???) and in some dental sealants.
