About 1956 Westminster released an LP, XWN 128362, of "Toccatas for
Piano" played by Lewenthal, which contains some very rare material,
including his first recording of Alkan, the Toccatina in c, op. 75.
Other works are by della Ciaja, J. S. Bach, Cerny, Schuman, Prokofieff,
Debussy, Ravel, Jelobinsky, Menotti, and Lewenthal himself, his Toccata
alla Scarlatti. Good hunting.
