I have permission from the mom to post this situation.  Her nipples are
inverted...sort of "cauliflower-like."  They really don't come out at all
when she uses the pump...I think this is a "truly inverted" nipple.

Can I get some feedback on tips/success/failure stories?  Possible obstacles,
etc.?  I know that sometimes in these women the supply can come in but the
milk can't get out...what are the percentages/chances that this is the case?
