Jennifer, I saw a report this morning (I think on Good Morning America or the Early Show) and they interviewed both women. The woman you referred to stated clearly that she was uncomfortable nursing in public.. She asked a person sitting next to her in the plane to hold up a blanket to cover her while she breastfeed since she had "contaminated" the milk by drinking from the bottle. "Any mother who has loved her child as she nursed it at her breast knows that the babe was drinking far more than milk." from John & Paula Sanford - "The Transformation of the Inner Man" Debi Miller RN CCE IBCLC Perinatal Educator/Lactation Consultant One Baby Place-Doctors Hospital Columbus, GA 706-494-4361 pager:706-320-6535 *********************************************** To temporarily stop your subscription: set lactnet nomail To start it again: set lactnet mail (or digest) To unsubscribe: unsubscribe lactnet All commands go to [log in to unmask] The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(TM) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
