You might want to email CAPPA's directors or postpartum doula training
directors to see what they have for since they have been established as a
postpartum doula program longer than DONA, which just started this year.
CAPPA's pp doula position papers are coming out as we speak.  Also try NAPCS
(National Asso of Postpartum Care Services), and NAPS (Northwest Asso of
Postpartum Support) here in Seattle.  Also, PALS (Pacific Asso of Labor
Support) has had contracts with our state's DSHS for years to supply birth
doulas to low-income women.  You might want to check with them to see how
they write their grant proposals.  If you visit these links, they all have
