This is likely Star Trek:  Insurrection.  It was released in 1998.
Actually, both a Mozart and a Haydn quartet are listed in the credits.
The pieces are the fourth movement of Haydn's "Lark" Quartet in D Major,
Op. 64 #5 and the fourth movement of Mozart's "Hunt" Quartet in B Flat
Major, K. 458.  Beethoven's Pathetique piano sonata also appears in the
film.
