I have a sample Nurture III. As I mentioned in my posts to Lactnet October 2001, a friend used one as her back-to-work double pump and found it worked excellently. It can be used as a single or double pump. The pump itself is about the size of a small aquarium pump - two packs of cards stacked together. From other LC's experience it works well for mothers who have already established their milk supply (after about 6 weeks). It is frequently advertised on the inside front cover of LLL's journal for mothers, "New Beginnings." I have received several favourable posts on this pump from other LCs ("The pumps are reliable, affordable, and effective.") - email me directly if you want more info. It is cheap looking, and noisy, and pretty darned expensive.!!
