Has anyone come across this before in a baby in the first few months? No
bleeding from the mothers nipples at all or cracking that could be causing
it. Nothing inside the baby's mouth. Everything looks perfectly normal in
the diaper/nappy. Another one of these slow weight gain babies. The posset
is not after every feed, is after a formula or a breastfeed (the mother is
giving 4-5 bottles per week and the rest of the time breastfeeding). It is
the colour of cafe latte. Sometimes small amounts, sometimes a significant
amount.
