Pump and dump for two weeks??

Clindamycin is AAP approved for use in breastfeeding mothers, Lactation
Risk Category L3, Commonly used in pediatric infections. Metronidazole
(oral) is L2, No untoward effects have been reported in numerous studies,
although the AAP says it is a "Drug whose effect on nursing infants is
unknown but may be of concern." Hope that helps.
