Possibly this infant has a problem with his self-regulation.  Sucking is
aerobic exercise, most kids will get a little warm and sweaty while
nursing, but children with sensory integration disorders are more likely
to get very warm and sweat excessively, because their bodies seem to
compensate poorly for the environmental warmth (Mom's body) and muscular
activity induced heat (sucking).
