I just received a copy of a story that should have just recently aired on tv. The title is "Alternatives: Uncovered II," and discussed natural remedies for women's issues, including insufficient milk supply. Our own Dr. Nancy Wight was featured along with a couple of moms from her hospital, talking about the use of fenugreek and other herbs to help boost milk production. One mother was trying to meet the needs of her hospitalized premature twins, while the other mother was inducing lactation for an adoptive baby. This story may be useful ammunition for presentation to other health professionals regarding the validity of herbal galactogogues. I'm not sure which network aired it, but the story was done by a Los Angeles reporter and was produced by Daniel Birman Productions.
