When my son was in kindergarten he was evaluated by the educational
psychology division of the education system here, following his teacher's
recommendation  of his readiness to enter first grade before his 6th
birthday.

They actually *did* ask, very specifically, how long he was breastfed and at
what age he was weaned. The psychologist did not seem the least bit
surprised that he was breastfed well into his third year.    I suppose these
psychologists learned something about the importance of breastfeeding and
the correlation between breastfeeding and increased intelligence.  Maybe
more than what most MD's learn  about breastfeeding in medical  school.

P.S.  Although Avri tested to be "ready" for first grade in all ways, I
still don't reccomend starting early, but that's another story, not for
