They were former WIC clients who breastfed their babies. It was a WIC program that I believe was funded by the state, and someone from the regional office trained them. They have a similar program in North Carolina, but I'm not sure where their training comes from. Your best bet might be to contact your state's WIC office to see if they have information or can tell you whom to contact.
