Hi all, This is an update on my daughter-in-law's green milk (Pseudomonas 2+, and Enterobacter 3+). We treated her with Cipro 250mg for 7 days and keep the baby nursing. The baby is now over his URI, without antibiotics) and mom's milk is back to normal. We still have no idea how the milk got infected since mom was never sick, no nipple problems or mastitis (ever), so who knows. One of the docs I work with stated, "Well you know Crystal, nurses and nurse's families never do anything normal". HA HA. Thanks to all of you who sent me your thoughts and ideas. You know, we Lactneter are like one big family! Sometimes we're a bit dysfunctional, and ever fight among ourselves, but no one outside the family can say anything bad about one of us, without having the rest of us on their heads. NOW ISN'T THAT JUST LIKE A FAMILY!!!!!!!
