(KSK) is seeking a highly-qualified, motivated Historian, Architectural Historian, and/or Archaeologist to serve as Director of its Cultural Resources Group (CRG). KSK is a mid-size architectural, planning, and cultural resource consulting firm located in Center City Philadelphia. The CRG provides full-service historical and archaeological consulting services to public and private-sector clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region. An M.A. in History, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, Anthropology, or related field, at minimum, is required along with extensive experience in CRM project implementation. The position will involve oversight of an experienced and capable team of professionals engaged in a full range of cultural resources projects, such as Section 106 compliance, HABS/HAER documentation, National Register nominations, and all phases of archaeological investigations. Previous management experience is necessary. In addition, the candidate will be expected to identify new markets and cultivate existing markets. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively within the constraints of budgets and schedules.
