I'm a writer who also enjoys classical music.

My best ideas come from surges of emotional feeling. To convey this
feeling to the reader I have to evoke it, in my mind and body, in order
too choose the right words. When I have strong emotional feelings about
something I have an urge to write down how I feel in simple words, put my
gut reaction in a sort of crude poem, this helps me later when I try to
reconstruct the emotion in a story. I try to remember how I felt. The
feeling is conveyed from my mind through to my arms and flows from my
fingers. I try not to think about what I'm writing only what I'm feeling.
For me this is where all my best writing comes from.

BTW I write poetry, fiction and non fiction.
