Hello all who are already subscribed to our new "baby", Lactnet. I would
like to know if each of you received the Help file/welcome file from the
listserv?

Please let me know if you did.

There are two addresses associated with this list. It will automatically
post any message (and rebroadcast it to all...publically) that is sent to:
[log in to unmask]

There may be times when you would like to issue commands to the actual
COMPUTER that runs this group automatically. For instance, you might want to
leave the list .. To do any commands to the computer, you must write to the
computer address which is:

[log in to unmask]

(To do the above command re: unsubscribing, you would leave the subject
blank, and in main body of message you would type in Unsubscribe Lactnet)
All the various commands are listed in the intro letter, which each of you
should have received by now. If you have not, please let me know.

I guess if you remember that there are two addresses, the one to send MAIL
to, and the computer automated address which receives commands.

Thanks

Hoping to hear from you and to continue our discussions, including that on
tonic bite which Debbie started a few days ago.
