I have a client who is expressing milk for twins while she is at work. On 3
occasions now she has experienced what she calls large amts. of blood in her
milk from the right breast. I have not seen it for myself. I have seen this
pt 2 times. for sore nipples and for mastitis which she recovered from both
nicely. No tenderness now no lump in breast, but the bloody milk is coming
from the breast she had the mastitis in about 10 weeks ago. Help. I
thought I saw a discussion on this topic some time ago. also no nipple
trauma is seen. any help will be appreciated.
