Dear Ilene
Regarding your under arm lump it could well be breast tissue!
Many or most women have breast tissue segments which are wing shaped in the
anatomy books called a "Tail of Spencer". I have known a  pregnant woman to
have it biopsied more than once, under the orders of  an obstetrician and at
a specialist breast clinic!
Try applying treatments for blocked ducts to this area!
