Feverfew is safe during lactation according to all of my reference
material. The reason that it is contraindicated during pregnancy is due to
the potential side effect of uterine stimulation. This mom also might want
to consider adding White Willow Bark to her feverfew for migraines, I have
found it to be much more effective. If you require further information,
please do not hesitate to contact me direct.

Wishing you health and wellness!
