And my daughter is 29 1/2 mos and weighs only about 22 lbs. She has
nice round cheeks (all muscle from still nursing) but most pants that
are the right length are too loose around the waist. I can still dress
her in some 6-12 mos size items (mainly sleeveless dresses and shorts,
though I did find a 6-mos size jogging suit the other day). In other
things, like long-sleeved t-shirts she is 24-30 mos, and pants usually
about an 18-24-mos size. Her skin doesn't "hang" on her, and you can't
see her ribs through her clothes, but she is not a chubby baby by far!

I too was very small, not really on the charts for many years. I don't
worry about her at all, as she is meeting milestones (we have finally
finnished teething, for one!, and she talks up a storm, skips, jumps,
etc.)...but we also don't do regular doctor's visits anyhow, so I don't
get told off about her in any way. She also has only gotten a cold
maybe about twice since she was born.

She eats like a pig sometimes too...she ate 1/4 of a 12-inch pizza for
lunch the other day. ;-) She also eats WELL (i.e. good things). At
her cousin's birthday party, she ate a small amount of a pie there was
(beef, and potatoes, and pie crust), but had about 4 bowls of salad
(garden salad!) and only a small piece of cake. She just asked for a
piece of zucchini from the garden as a snack. :-)
