Does anyone else think it sound strange that it was considered necessary
to give IV fluids instead of food to this mother of octuplets "to give
them room to grow?"  Now, I can see this if mom was too nauseated to eat
because she was in Trendelenberg position to prevent pressure on the
cervix, perhaps that would make sense.  But a man-made "formula"
intravenously better than food?  The babies weren't that big!  Of
course, I don't know how big mom was.

Just wondering.
