Someone else called me with this question, and I said I'd post it to
Lactnet to get opinions...

Mom recently had twins at 39 weeks (!!) who are now 5 weeks old and need
to be supplemented. Mom has a stash of frozen milk in her deep freezer that
is about a year old that she pumped after her first baby passed away at 2
weeks of age. Can she use the pumped milk to supplement her babies?

I don't know of any research that says yes -- but I don't know of any that
says no, either.
